PressLore is a plug and play AI chat assistant for WordPress that studies your website once, then answers visitors only from your own pages, prices, listings and booking links, hands real enquiries to your team, and runs on Google Gemini through PressLore Cloud, so you never need an API key.
1. Install and activate
Upload the PressLore AI Agent plugin, activate it, click Connect and choose a plan. No API keys, no code, no documents to upload.
2. The Site Study (once)
PressLore reads every public page, post, product and custom post type. Price tables keep each name next to its price. It visits your key pages like a visitor to find booking links, phone numbers, WhatsApp, maps and opening hours, and reads the schema your SEO plugin already outputs. Then PressLore Cloud writes your business profile and 20 to 40 ready answers.
3. Answers in four layers
- Instant answers on your own server: contact, hours, location, booking, emergencies, off-topic and listing questions.
- Ready answers: your FAQs plus the ones learned in the study, and repeated questions from the answer cache.
- AI answers: the 6 most relevant parts of your site go to Google Gemini with strict rules. Simple questions use Flash-Lite; comparisons and recommendations use Flash or Pro on higher plans.
- Hand-off: when the answer is not on your site, the assistant says so and collects a name and phone or email for your team.
4. Learn from every chat
The dashboard shows what people ask, what the bot answered by itself, ratings, leads and booking starts. The Knowledge gaps list shows questions your website cannot answer yet: add an answer once and it is free forever, and your page ranks better too.
