These terms cover your use of PressLore Cloud and the PressLore AI Agent plugin. Your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. We email your first invoice 2 days before the trial ends, due on its last day, and after that invoice monthly or yearly in advance, 3 days before each renewal. If an invoice is unpaid 7 days after its due date, AI answers pause until it is paid; free answers keep working. You can cancel any time with the link in every invoice email or in your account; cancelling before an invoice is due cancels that invoice. Fees already paid are not refunded. You are responsible for the content of your website, which the assistant uses to answer. Answers are produced automatically and may be wrong; the assistant tells visitors to confirm important details with you. We keep usage totals and invoices; we do not keep your visitors’ conversations, which stay on your website.
